Mindy Hintze is passionate about empowering students and teachers with educational technology and helping them develop 21st Century Skills. Mindy has a Bachelor of Arts degree in French and Secondary Education from Southern Utah University and has completed the coursework for a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Capella University. She has 15 years of experience teaching junior high and high school and is endorsed in Educational Technology, French, English, and Psychology. She has also taught Special Education and At-Risk students, and adults at the Utah State Prison. At UEN, Mindy’s focus is on online course development training, using digital devices, and engaging students with social media. She is the lead Canvas Learning Management System instructor.
